Non Operation Charge: What You Need to Know

In the event of an accident or incident, you will be charged a Non Operation Charge. This charge is calculated based on the vehicle's condition, with amounts ranging from 20,000 JPY (if the vehicle can be driven to its returning location) to 50,000 JPY (if it cannot be driven). Additionally, you may be charged for tow-away service fees.

Compensation for Business Operations

If your rental car is involved in an accident or incident and requires repairs, our business will cover the costs. However, if you are responsible for the damage, you may be charged a Non Operation Charge.

Important: Accidents and Incidents

In the event of an accident or incident, it's crucial to notify our Help Desk immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Please note that the compensation system requires a police-issued accident report.

Additional Coverage Options

Some areas also offer Medical Payments coverage instead of Physical Disability coverage. The amount of this coverage depends on the vehicle type you rent.
